Customer Review: Great HD LCD - SD & contrast could be better
Had this for a month, it is a great LCD TV, can not fault it in HD, XBOX games look great in 720p or 1080i, as a large PC monitor its stunning even when playing Divx movies, and progresive scan (576p) helps my DVDs (Not HD yet). My main issues are contrast and SD, in low light scenes the image can seem gradiated like 16bit in comparison to a 32bit PC desktop, also standard SD images are lacking definition, though these may be general ‘features’ of large LCD display’s and their low contrast ratio in comparison with Plasma, my BIL has a 42″ Panasonic Plasma so perhaps an unfair comparison.
Customer Review: Simply an amazing piece of technology.
We’ve had this TV for a week now and we simply cannot find a single fault with it. From the clear crisp image to the gigantic screen everything is perfect! Even the price was great (Currys sale ?699 or ?899 with DVD Home Cinema Surround Sound + Glass stand), bargain!
If you’re thinking of buying a HD TV for christmas, or just in general, I totally recommend the Sony Bravia range. The only thing I would suggest is to shop around, you can get this 40″ for a much lower price elsewhere.
But overall, this TV is amazing. Watching HD DVDs and playing my Wii on this is fantastic. Thanks Sony.

Jackass: The Movie [2003] (REGION 1) (NTSC)
Warning from Paramount Home Entertainment (UK): The stunts in this movie were performed by professionals, so neither you nor your dumb buddies should attempt anything from this movie.
Some critics see the success of Jackass: The Movie as the last nail in the coffin of civilisation–and they’re probably right. This compilation of pain-inflicting stunts and embarrassing pranks has no artistic merit whatsoever (which doesn’t keep it from being freakishly entertaining). Among other things, Johnny Knoxville and his posse get beaten up by a female kick-boxing champion; shoot bottle rockets out of their rectums; run amok in Japan wearing giant panda bear costumes; swim with whale sharks while holding pounds of brine shrimp in their swimsuits; and get done up in realistic old age makeup so that they can race each other in motorized wheelchairs, among other goofs. It’s a weird mixture of machismo and masochism, adolescent recklessness and frat-boy homoeroticism, and some day someone will write a doctoral thesis about how Jackass relates to our safety-obsessed society; in the meantime, just enjoy. –Bret Fetzer

Customer Review: This is the Jackass review!!
The first time i saw this movie i probably wet myself. Some of the stunts the people do are so funny you will watch them over and over. Some highlights are the brilliand intro, party boy, the muscle stimulator, all the old make up ones and every stunt they do!
Customer Review: if i could give this movie six i would!
If your thing is infantile dangerous pranks, then this movie is for you. I mean who wouldn’t giggle at a 20+ year old attempting to pole vault a palm tree for heavens sake? Or how about 4 grown men destroying a golf course? And the best of them all. A firework alarm clock! If you are weak in the stomach area i wouldn’t recommend you watch this. (One of the scenes involves… a ‘nasty accident’ if you get my meaning) But if you are a fan of physical comedy and are looking for a cheap belly laugh. Buy it.
